One of LITERALIA's main goals is to make our literaly works known to new readerships. For that reason, we created a crowdfunding space that seeks to raise money for translations.
How does it work?
For every literaly work published by LITERALIA, we open a donation campaign to cover the cost of translation. In exchange of their contributions, donors will receive special awards. If we reach the goal, we translate the complete work and publish it in LITERALIA. If we don't reach the goal, we don't stop there. We still try to publish it in other languages.
The collected money will go to a Translation Common Fund that will be used to translate samples of the works that didn't reach the translation goal, so that LITERALIA can search for publishers in other countries for publication.
The idea is to build a community in which readers can actively participate in the promotion and dissemination of Mexican literaly emergent talent.
